Sindh's famous writers, researchers, experts in language and aesthetics have said that "Latif has touched the limits of perfection in the beautiful use of the Sindhi language, along with political and social awareness in his poetry. Shah Latif created his own language. Which can also be called as the sixth tone 'Latifi tone' and there is a need to research this specific creative tone from a new direction". Such an expression was made by Taj Joy, Ali Sindhi, Dr. Sher Mehrani and Dr. Ehsan Danish in the 'Language of Latif' debate organized by the Sindhi language authority.
Expressing his thoughts in the debate, the famous writer and researcher Madad Ali Sindhi said, "Latif is a poet of every language, especially the language of the working class and the poor. He also showed the utmost political awareness in his poetry. At that time, Persian was regarded as a source of honor and dignity, yet Latif Naj chose the Sindhi language for poetry and wrote poetry in the tone of the workers. He said that Sindh would be incomplete if Mohan Jo Daro and Shah Latif were not there. "Yes," the famous writer Taj Joy said, "Bhittai made the Sindhi language a world-class language. He created a new accent, created new idioms and gave them new meanings. He said that he gave words to beautiful qualities and in these words A creator of perfection, he was a charismatic and miraculous personality who has perpetuated his language and creativity." Dr. Sher Mehrani, a teacher of Sindhi in Karachi University and Latif, said, "Latif is the trustee and protector of the Sindhi language. The trust he received according to the chain of thousands of years, he made it more beautiful and brought it to us." He said, "Latif was a surgeon of language, his intellectual quality and thought is Hussain, whose example is not found in the small continent. Latif read a lot, he was a thinker poet who gave theoretical and intellectual guidance."
Latif and researcher Dr. Ihsan Danish said, "Sindh is physically divided into five major parts and the language of each part has a different dialect. Latif not only wrote poetry in these five dialects, but also the small dialects of these regions." He said that the compilers of Shah's poetry were Madal and Lad, they also changed the tone through the lower verses, but basically Latif's tone is Latif.
